Processing Times

Most items are made to order or restocked in small batches, so please allow time for us to prepare your order with care.

• In-stock / ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Preorder items: Each preorder piece is prepared after orders are placed. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. Whether an item is a preorder will always be clearly marked on the product page — if it doesn't say "Preorder," it's ready to ship within our standard processing time.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date, and do not include processing/production time above.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the timelines above, production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues. We'll do our best to communicate any major delays.
